Set in Tallahasse, Florida where four sexy girls, known locally as the "House of Babes" are trying to pay back a $20,000 loan that funded their post-feminist magazine, Biotch. Their neighbour, a grad-student, eager for a thesis project for her masters in Women's Studies suggests they fast off men for a hundred days. They will get $25,000 in grant money for their their magazine and so decide to do it. That is until a millionaire offers $1,000,000 for the first man who can break the fast and suddenly the small town is besieged by man.
